Pray for the mission
Be a channel of blessing for our brothers and sisters.
“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.”
We are all called to intercede
God works out His purposes in this world through the people who believe in Jesus. He says that if we pray, He will move on our behalf, and not only move but do the impossible for us.
So God looks for people who are willing to support their brothers and sisters in Christ, loving them and praying for them. When we do not act this way, we fail to live in the unity He wants us to have. This is part of the Christian’s calling, for we are all called to intercede for one another.
God wants us to love people enough to lay down our lives for them, in prayer.
Prayer requests
- For the workers on the front line: the church in Iemberém (Guinea-Bissau), Mohamed, Tânia and the church in Conakry, the pastors of the Liga Evangélica de Cuba and the Church in the Mountains of Colombia.
- For the teams on the road: protection on roads and in airports, wisdom at customs, health and unity.
- For those persecuted for their faith: steadfastness, comfort and provision for their families.
- For the leadership of the mission in this new season, and for the family of Pastor Siegfried Zilz.
- For more brothers and sisters willing to go, pray and give.
